Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how “Football for all” Limited Liability Company (State Registration No. 290.110.1487377, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN): 01369606), a legal entity duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Armenia, having its registered office at: Apartment 24, Building 152, Andranik Street, Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. (the "Company", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of users ("Users") of the “Football for all” mobile application (the "Application").

The Company processes personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, including the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Personal Data Protection", and other applicable legal acts.

By creating an Account or using the Application, You acknowledge that You have read and understood this Policy and consent to the processing of Your personal data as described herein.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

"Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data, including its collection, recording, storage, use, disclosure, modification, transfer, deletion, or destruction.

"User" means any individual who registers for or uses the Application.

"Application" means the “Football for all” mobile application operated by the Company.

3. Personal Data We Collect

The Company collects and processes only the Personal Data necessary to provide the Application and its services.

Depending on how You use the Application, we may collect:

• name and surname;
• email address;
• phone number;
• information provided by the User during registration, including information received through third-party authentication services (such as Google Sign-In) or through direct registration using an email address or any other authentication method supported by the Application;
• information You voluntarily provide through communications within the Application.

The Company does not intentionally collect special categories of personal data or payment information.

4. Purposes of Processing

The Company processes Personal Data solely for legitimate purposes related to the operation of the Application, including:

• creating and managing User Accounts;
• authenticating Users through the registration or authentication method selected by the User;
• enabling communication between Users;
• facilitating the creation, organization, and participation in Events;
• providing technical support;
• maintaining, improving, and securing the Application;
• complying with applicable legal obligations.

The Company does not use Personal Data for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Registration and Authentication

Users may register and access the Application using the authentication methods made available by the Company, including registration with an email address, Google Sign-In, or any other authentication method supported by the Application.

Where a User registers through a third-party authentication service, the Company receives only the information necessary to identify the User and create an Account, as provided by the relevant service provider.

Where a User registers directly, the Company processes the information provided by the User for the purpose of creating, maintaining, and securing the User Account.

The processing of information obtained through third-party authentication services remains subject to this Privacy Policy, while the processing carried out by such service providers is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

6. User Communications

The Application enables Users to exchange messages for the purpose of organizing and participating in Events.

The Company does not routinely monitor or review private communications between Users.

However, where required by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, or legitimate interests of the Company, Users, or third parties, the Company may access, preserve, or disclose communication data to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Disclosure of Personal Data

The Company does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose Users' Personal Data to third parties except:

• where disclosure is required by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia;
• in response to a lawful request from a competent public authority or pursuant to a legally binding court order or other judicial act;
• where necessary to protect the rights, legitimate interests, or security of the Company, its Users, or third parties;
• to service providers engaged by the Company solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, or securing the Application, provided that such providers are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

The Company requires any third-party processing Personal Data on its behalf to process such data only for the purposes for which it was disclosed and in accordance with applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

8. Data Security

The Company implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, destruction, or any other unlawful processing.

Access to Personal Data is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who require such access for the performance of their duties and are subject to confidentiality obligations.

While the Company takes appropriate measures to safeguard Personal Data, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Retention and Deletion of Personal Data

The Company retains Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Users may request the deletion of their Account and Personal Data by contacting the Company using the contact details provided below.

Following such a request, the Company will delete or anonymize the User's Personal Data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

10. Rights of Users

Subject to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, Users have the right to:

• obtain information regarding the processing of their Personal Data;
• request access to their Personal Data;
• request the correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data;
• request the deletion of their Personal Data where permitted by law;
• withdraw their consent to the processing of Personal Data where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal.

Requests relating to Personal Data may be submitted using the contact information provided in this Policy. The Company will consider and respond to such requests in accordance with applicable legislation.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Company may amend or update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Where material changes are made, the Company may notify Users through the Application, by email, or by other appropriate means.

The updated version of this Privacy Policy becomes effective on the date specified at the beginning of the Policy. Continued use of the Application after such date constitutes the User's acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy.
